Keep fit and Diet for a Flat Belly
Hi all, =)
Today I made a breakthrough.. I want to keep myself fit. I haven't really exercise for some time.. couple of months.
So today... I went walking for 20 minutes, then I went home to do some dumbbell exercises to tone my arms and to broaden my shoulders for about 15 minutes and I spent about 5 minutes doing sit-ups (30 sit-ups at one go). Oh ya, everyone please remember to do warm-up and cool-down exercises to prevent unwanted injuries!
Anyway.. I wanted to share an interesting video that I found on Youtube. Here is the video:
This is my summary. This video shares about having a diet to achieve a flat belly. The video starts off by saying how dangerous fats around your belly can be to your health (some cancers, heart diseases...). Then, the video goes on to say there are 5 categories of food that can help you reduce the dangerous fats. The 5 categories are, some oils (like olive oil), nuts and seeds (pumpkin seeds, peanuts, peanut butter, almonds, walnuts), olives, Avocado, and lastly dark chocolate (great news!!!).
But there are 3 rules: 1) Eat every 4 Hours, 2) Eat 4 400 Calories meals each day (control your diet) and 3) Eat something that is from the above food mentioned at every meal.
I am not sure if this works. But I might try it! If anyone is going to try it or has tried it, please feel free to leave your comments. If you have any information to share, please do!! =)
P.S. I found out that Wikipedia (Keyword: Abdominal obesity) mentioned that sit-ups, crunches have little effect on reducing belly fats. It only helps build abdominal muscles. My personal opinion is what's the good of having abdominal muscles when you cannot reduce the fats (which is dangerous for your health). Please! I am not asking you not to exercise. But perhaps, there are more effective methods! Go google more yourself. And share whatever you have with us! =p

Booked my flight tickets to Taiwan!
Hi everyone, =)
I am so happy. I want to share a good news with all of you. =)
Yesterday, I booked my flight tickets on a budget airline, Jetstar to Taipei.
I am so lucky! I managed to book cheap tickets to Taipei! I am going to Taipei at the end of July for 5 days!
If you are wondering how much is the ticket price that I booked, one ticket (two-way) is about $500. =)

"Toy Story 3" Movie
Hi guys,
I want to share my review on the movie - Toy Story 3. I watched the 2D version 3 days ago. It's really good!!! I give it a hard 5/5.

Action/fun - 5/5
Love - 5/5 (Ken and Barbie! And the toys' loves for their owner!)
Great movie! Catch it before it's gone! =)

Karate Kid movie
Hi all, =)
Today I just watched Karate Kid at PS (Plaza Singapura) GV Theatre. I have been waiting a LONG time for the movie to be out! I love Jackie Chan (popular martial arts star)'s movies alot! I think the movies that I have seen so far are awesome. When I watch a movie, I usually look out for the Storyline. Most Jackie Chan's movies, from my opinion, have a humourous, meaningful, touching (love - can be friendship, true love etc.) storyline with action-packed thrills!
Back to Karate Kid, the movie is simply great. I will not reveal the contents of the movie here since it is new (it was out on 10 June I think). I would rate it 4/5.
The kid-star actor in the movie is Jaden Smith, who is the son of Will Smith, a famous American actor, movie producer and rapper. Quoting news from Hollywood.com, Jackie Chan actually mentioned that after working with Jaden for the movie, he told Will Smith that he should not waste his son's talent, he is just so good! According to the news, Jackie Chan also revealed that Jaden Smith did all his own stunts (no special effects at all!)
Anyway, go watch it yourself to see if my rating is justifiable! =)

Viwawa's wahjong.. learn how to play mahjong today!
If anyone is wanting to learn Mahjong, you can learn how to play it at Viwawa (Singapore's popular online games portal). The game is called Wahjong. You may pick up some tips while playing. I just started about one week ago myself, and I see a huge improvement in my Mahjong skills.
Anyway, if you are already an expert, you may also play this game. There are different levels of difficulty. Example, you can set how many "tai" you want in the game.
